This page explains what personal data Overton Scout Group collects through this website and what happens to it.

Contact form

When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, the enquiry type you select, and your message. This is sent by email to the relevant section leader or the general group contact, and is also stored so an admin can review past enquiries. Submissions are kept for 12 months and then automatically deleted. You can ask for a submission to be deleted sooner by contacting us.

Cookies

This site uses a single functional cookie to keep committee members signed in to the content management area. It is not used for tracking or analytics, and there is no cookie banner because no consent is required for strictly necessary cookies of this kind.
